As part of our work supporting clients, we often have to research and discover how to resolve problems with common components of modern networks, such as operating systems, applications and hardware. We also pick up tips on working with these same components. We have made this information available on this web site, separate from our main corporate web site to allow ourselves and the wider Internet community to refer to it and possibly learn from our experience.

Disappearing Content

If content that you expected to see on this site has disappeared, then it may well have been moved to its own site. Some content which was particularly old or was hard to maintain has been removed in order to ensure the quality of the content on the site.

Automatic Updates Troubleshooting has gone to http://wuauclt.info/ and split in to separate pages on the relevant topic areas.

Recovery of Microsoft Office content from temporary files has its own site at http://office-recovery.info/ and like the previous site, the content has been split to make it more focused.

In most cases the content has also been reviewed and revised as part of the move.

All links elsewhere on this site to content that has been moved have been updated.
